Welcome to Nextdoor HR. I’m Ceren Yazıcı, a career coach and HR consultant with over 15 years of experience in Human Resources leadership across EMEA.

With a background in Sociology, I combine strategic thinking with a deep understanding of people and workplace dynamics. I hold a coaching certification from Erickson Coaching International, with a focus on leadership and personal development.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked as a Regional HR Director and Senior HR Business Partner, now I am delivering career coaching, CV writing, and interview preparation services to professionals worldwide. I’ve personally guided over 200 individuals through career transitions and growth, helping them define their goals, build confidence, and take their next career step.

In the organizations I supported, I also designed and delivered career development workshops such as “Managing Your Performance” and “Navigating Career Growth”, empowering employees to take charge of their career paths.

To date, I’ve reviewed and optimized more than 10,000 CVs, coached countless professionals for interviews, and partnered with businesses to build effective HR strategies.
